Spanish at heart but with a London mindset after living in the city for over 15 years, she has gained extensive experience in senior commercial roles across luxury hotels and international representation companies. Combining her passion for connecting people, strategic vision, warmth, and honesty, she launched ELS Luxury Representation in 2021 to create a curated portfolio, give it a strong voice in the UK, and inspire the UK luxury travel industry with unique boutique hotels.
Her extensive international travels and presence at top tradeshows have allowed her to meet the best in the travel industry and build a curated network of luxury travel advisors worldwide. Esther now directly connects her clients with this network to develop long-lasting relationships that generate revenue for the hotels she represents.
